Creamed Spinach

• 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 3 T Parmesan cheese
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 2 T sour cream
• 1/4 t garlic powder
• 1/4 t onion powder
• salt and pepper to taste

Add spinach to a medium sauce pan on medium-high heat.

Add seasonings and cream cheese. Stir together until cream cheese has melted.

Add sour cream and Parmesan and mix together well until the creamed spinach is thickened.

Serves 3
