Preheat oven to 400. In small bowl combine paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sprinkle 2/3 of spices over all sides of chicken pieces. In another bowl, combine almond flour with 1/3 of spices. In another bowl, whisk the 2 eggs. Dip each piece of seasoned chicken into the egg and then coat with the almond flour mix. Make sure all sides are coated well. Line baking sheet with parchment paper (doesn’t stick like aluminum foil). Spray with olive oil and lay out chicken. Spray chicken with light coat of olive oil (helps with crisping). Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken’s juice runs clear. In a sauce pan, combine butter and Frank’s. Slather cooked chicken until well covered and serve with blue cheese dressing. Can also serve with either ranch or blue cheese dressing.
