Brussels Sprouts au Gratin

Preheat oven to 350F.

Add bacon to a large skillet and fry over medium heat until the fat is rendered and the bacon bits are crispy.

Remove bacon but keep the fat in the pan.

Add Brussels to the bacon fat and saute until the edges start to get brown and crispy.

Add garlic and saute for another minute. Careful not to burn the garlic.

Lower heat and add the cream and mozzarella cheese and stir until cheese is melted and combines with cream to make a smooth, creamy sauce.

Add bacon back into the pan and stir to evenly combine. Transfer into a baking dish.

Sprinkle cheddar over to and bake until cheese is browned.
